Co-ordination. As part of HD Faculty™'s risk management consideration, from time to time, HD Faculty™ and the authorised provider are required to demonstrate that the supplier of their choice is qualified to manage the supply chain effectively in order to allow HD Faculty™ to maintain a competitive advantage against its competitors and to mitigate all related risks. Nonetheless, where there is a multiple organisation structure, prior to commencing the allotted or delegated tasks, the Provider is required to ensure that it is capable of undertaking the co-ordination of inventory, information, processes and capital in respect to the various challenges facing a multiple organisation structure. |

Auditing, Accounting advice. Where HD Faculty™ engages the services of an independent auditor or an accounting firm, it shall ensure that the authorised provider is capable of meeting and/or exceeding HD Faculty™'s tax and related legal compliance requirements, and that: |

a. |
they have a set of plans in place at their organisation, which is being enforced and enforceable at any given time;
|
|
b. |
corporate finance transaction assistance and risk management support is in place;
|
|
c. |
effective utilisation of international methodologies and tools are readily available and the assurance that they are being used in accordance with the prevailing laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, and codes; and |
|
d. |
communications amongst professionals are effective and reliable irrespective of their geographical location. |
