Collaboration

The successful candidate shall work collaboratively with HD Faculty™ and its clients, functioning as a trustworthy strategic partner. The object is to:

a.

Integrate HD Faculty™'s specified and unspecified needs, constraints, and concerns when devising a solution.

b.

Meet the interests of all participants that are involved in a given project or process in order to achieve a win-win result.

c.

Anticipate the client’s issues, and having done so, demonstrate empathy for their concerns and respective issues; and
